Patient Survey
The 2023 Patient Survey results for Partington Family Practice can be found HERE.
The results of this survey have been reflected on and discussed within all teams within Partington Family Practice. We are encouraged that the figures have improved from the past couple of years, but we are keen to improve our rating for patients ease of reaching us via the phone. This will be the focus of an ongoing improvement project at the practice.

In June 2022 we re-started our Friends and Family questionnaires after we paused the surveys throughout Covid. The responses have shown the following:
- June 2022: 92.4% responses rated their experience of the surgery good or very good
- July 2022: 94% responses rated their experience of the surgery good or very good
- August 2022: 89.4% responses rated their experience of the surgery good or very good
- September 2022: 94.9% responses rated their experience of the surgery good or very good
- October 2022: 91.7% responses rated their experience of the surgery good or very good
- November 2022: 91% responses rated their experience of the surgery good or very good
- December 2022: 97.5% responses rated their experience of the surgery good or very good
- January 2023: 93% responses rated their experience of the surgery good or very good
- February 2023: 93.4% responses rated their experience of the surgery good or very good
- March 2023: 89.3% responses rated their experience of the surgery good or very good
- April 2023: 90.4% responses rated their experience of the surgery good or very good
- June 2023: 92.3% responses rated their experience of the surgery good or very good
- July 2023: 94.9% responses rated their experience of the surgery good or very good
- September 2023: 96.4% responses rated their experience of the surgery good or very good
- October 2023: 94% responses rated their experience of the surgery good or very good
