Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
We carry out monthly audits of our service provisions and activity at the practice. We do this to ensure that we strike a good balance between striving to operate a service that meets patient demands and ensuring the workloads of our clinicians and non-clinical staff is safe and effective.
